Product Packaging West was established in 1982. We are located in a 13,000 sq. ft. facility in North Hollywood, California. We are an FDA registered contract manufacturer and filler that produces cosmetics, toiletries, over-the-counter (OTC) drug items, as well as all health and beauty aids. We also have a full service R&D laboratory with our own chemist on staff.
